Our physical body is our vehicle to take us where we want to go in this life. Our physical body can limit us or it can inspire us to soar to new heights. Have you ever noticed that when you are sick it is really difficult for you to be productive and positive? You have a hard time thinking and getting things done because your energy is being used by your physical body to get well. Many of us our experiencing a constant state of the body trying to ‘get well.’
What does being sick mean? Many of you think that because you get a cold once a year or less that you are healthy. Is the absence of sickness, health? Can you feel rundown, tired and depressed and still consider yourself healthy because you only get one cold a year?
I used to think that I was really health.
I ate healthy foods (most of the time), I exercised consistently, & I drank lots of water. I only got sick once or twice a year. “I live really healthy!” I used to say. It’s funny to me now how I used to deny all of the other evidence that I was not healthy. I had respiratory problems, skin irritations, head soreness, and prolonged sad times. I felt tired and overwhelmed 75% of the time. For some reason I didn’t count all those things in my term of being healthy. I didn’t know what else to do for those things, except what I was already doing, so I qualified and said “I live healthy!” “I am healthy!”
Being healthy does not manifest as having all of the ‘not feeling good’ problems I listed above. Being healthy means that your physical body is not limited, it is full of health all of the time. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible to feel great all the time! In fact, your natural state, your God given right, is to experience health. You were created to experience a healthy body. I challenge all of you to really look at your physical health and realize that you can change your experience of your physical health by making minor adjustments over time. Many people will tell me, “I’d die if I had to cut that out or do this or that.” No you wont. When you realize what your living habits are causing you in your physical health and enjoyment of life, it becomes really easy to make the choice to change.
In order to experience Whole and Complete Living you need to have a vehicle (body) that is running at its top performance. Only then will you be able to find the balance in all areas of your life. I have broken down achieving great physical health into 7 key ingredients. The first step to claiming your Whole and Complete Living is becoming aware of what areas of your life health is not flowing in.
1. Eating Habits & Routines– the fuel or poison for the body
2. Physical Activity – the strength to do the things you want to
3. Emotional Balance – do you experience positive emotions that build your body, or negative emotions that tear it down?
4. Thought Control – are your thoughts creating a powerful body or a weak one?
5. Environment – does your living/working space support your health or support dis-ease?
6. Relationships – relationships have the power to support a healthy positive lifestyle or throw you into an unhealthy dysfunctional lifestyle
7. Spiritual Connection – your connection to your divine source will support the healthiest you, your dis-connection to the divine source will leave you feeling dis-jointed and dis-eased
Everything you put in your body affects how your body runs. Would you put diesel fuel in a regular tank and expect the car to run for you? What would happen? You would have a blow out! Our bodies are the same. We can no longer afford as a society to believe that what we eat is not related to the problems that we experience and suffer. That is a lie that has been propagated by people who have a financial interest in you not being healthy.
Every single thing you choose to eat or not is helping you shape your physical body and your experience of your body. American diets are high in fat, sugar, processed foods; and low in raw vegetable and fruits, yet it is only in the consumption of whole foods (fruits and vegetable) that give us the oxygen we need for our cells to be nourished and to produce healthy cells. Unhealthy cells create disease. Healthy cells create health, which allows us to feel great in our body and mind and spirit. Essential Oils are the purest form of whole food available for our bodies today. This is one of the reasons essential oils are the missing link in our diet, because they feed our cells with pure nutrition. When our bodies get what they need, our bodies become balanced and support us in everything we desire to do. When our bodies become balanced, everything else in our life comes into alignment; emotions, mind & spirit.

Why don’t I feel healthy all the time? The Plague of the 21st Century: Candida
In order to have a balanced physical body, working out is a must to add to your daily life. Our bodies were not made for a sedentary lifestyle. Our bodies want to move, to work, to be pushed and stretched. There is a lot of information out there about exercise. I’m not going to recommend how you exercise, except to say: Do it! Consistently! At least 3-5 times per week! When your body get what it needs, you feel great! You are healthy & full of energy & vitality. Then you’ll have the strength to balance every area of your life.
Find an exercise system that works for you. Whether that be running, climbing, walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, karate, kempo, pilates, etc. There are a multitude of choices out there. Don’t think there is a right way to exercise. Don’t fall into the trap of comparing yourself to other people. Just because Jane down the street is fit because she participates in triathlons, does not mean that is the only way to stay fit. Listen to your inner soul and find the exercise that works best for you and your body. For thought provoking question to help you find your preferred exercise, click here. Emotional Balance & Thought Control
Did you know that your bodies are being re-created all the time. Every organ of your body (except your brain) is re-made at minimum every seven years. Given that, realize that everything you feel and think about is going in to creating that next you. You actually have a say in how your physical body manifests.
Have you ever heard of the book The Secret? The universe is like the genie in the bottle “Your wish is my command.” The body works in exactly the same way. How you feel about it, what you think about it and what you say about it goes into the recipe of how your body manifests for you.
Are you positive in your thoughts and emotions creating healthy organs, or are you negative in your thoughts and emotions creating dis-ease.
I remember the first time I realized that I was creating my headaches by saying all the time “I am so stressed!” “I am so overwhelmed!” “I’m tense.” “I can’t handle anymore!” I was creating tension and dis-ease in my own body. As I realized this I began to say the opposite to my plights. “I handle everything that comes to me.” “I am so peaceful all the time.” “Thank you body for working so well for me.” As I did this I would take in a breath of peace. I created the thoughts and feelings that went with everything new I was saying to myself. You know what? I began to experience all of those good things in my physical body.
If you’ve already read my story, you know that the thing that made all the difference to me in being able to balance my emotions and thoughts is essential oils. They are the missing link to all health, in every area of your life.
Your physical environment, (where you live, where you work) and your emotional environment make a strong impact on your physical body.
I remember a few years ago I visited the home of a friend. The bubonic plague came to mind when I entered. Junk was piled high on every surface. Dishes looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Dust bunnies were everywhere and I could see flecks of dust floating in the air. Rusted metal was sitting around in the open for anyone to cut themselves on & the floor was littered with piles of junk, food & small bits of paper. Is this a conducive environment for a person to experience physical health? If our physical environment is not clean & orderly with minimized pollutants and allergens, this is going to take a big toll on our physical health.
Environment hazards can also be of the emotional nature. Let me give you an example: if you were abused by your mother and then you grow up and decorate just like her with some of her key pieces that she gave to you in your house, you are going to be re-traumatized every time you are in your home. Thousands of times a day! This is an extreme example, but realize that how you set up your home & decorate can support you in great physical health or in poor physical health. If you have a lot of allergies and that room (you know the one we all don’t go into) is stacked with newspapers and old books collecting dust, this is affecting your physical health! Is your home a sanctuary which helps you to relax at the end of your day? Is your home decorated with things that bring you peace and comfort, or is everything hard and cold and stuffy in your relaxing areas?
If you want to experience peace in your home and have the strength to de-clutter your home and your life, try Essential Oils. They bring an energy of peace to the home and everyone in it.
The relationships we choose to have and keep in our life can support our physical health being positive, free, energetic and healthy; or they can tear us down, keep us in a constant state of stress, stealing our energy and inducing poor physical health.
I heard a story once about a young mother whose family just used her and her talents for their own needs. She had three small children and was diagnosed with breast cancer. As she was in the state of resting and recovering her sister was planning her wedding. Her mother told this young gal that she had to fly out to the state where the wedding was and put together the food for the wedding. (This was one of her talents) Her husband told her “no.” That if she did this he would leave her, that he couldn’t stand to watch her kill herself. She went anyway, helped her sister and dies three weeks later. I ask you, reader, does that sound like a supportive family? Who helped that girl to be at the best physical health possible?
What about the people that you keep in your life? Do they support you in being the best you? Or do they tear you down and criticize? Do you feel safe and loved around your family and your closest friends? Or do they zap your energy? The people in our environment can nourish us and help us to build strong physical bodies or they can steal our energy, cause us stress, keep us in a constant place of overwhelm.
When there is any area of your life that has been cut off, there is no flow or connection, this manifests in your physical body as well. All things are interconnected. The flow of getting and receiving answers and inspiration, feeling confident that you are living your life purpose, feeling at one with the universe and your divine source; all of these things lifts your physical health and give you the physical experience of feeling whole and complete. Without a Spiritual Connection to your creator, you are like a house that is built with no foundation, you have no support. A house built with no foundation will fall apart. Our physical bodies break down when we are not feeling supported by our creator.
