With our busy, hectic lifestyles, stress has become a constant state of life. Stress leads to tension and tension leads to muscles that needs some relaxation and soothing in all sorts of places! Essential oils provide a support for soothing, calming and relaxing those tired areas. Here are some simple recipes.
The Bumped into the wall blend – Apply a drop of Frankincense & Muscle Soothing Blend directly to the area immediately after your run in with another object, moving or stationary.
Over-exercised – Combine 2 drops of Eucalyptus, 2 drops of Peppermint, and 2 drops of Ginger with 1 Tbs. fractionated coconut oil. Massage into muscles.
Soothe the Head #1 – Apply 1 drop of Peppermint & Frankincense to forehead & neck.
Soothe the Head #2 – Apply Muscle Soothing oil or rub to forehead and neck.
Soothe the Head #3 – Apply Frankincense to forehead and neck
Soothe the tooth – Swish a drop of Clove in your mouth. Apply muscle soothing oil to your jaw over the tense area.
