Easy to make, cheap recipe for the soothing muscles.
Could someone stop the world, I just want a break! Doesn’t stress always seem to knot itself up in some part of your body? This essential oil recipe is so easy to make and applies quickly to calm those knotted muscles. You will feel a a soothing sensation with a few minutes of application.
Apply 1-2 drops of White Fir to either the shoulder reflex point (for the shoulder/head soreness) or the hip reflex point (for hip tension) on the foot that directly correlates to the side your pain is on. Make sure to rub it in. Then apply 1-2 drops to the reflex point, waiting 30 seconds in between each application to see which oil(s) feel soothing to you the most: lemongrass, basil, and wintergreen. After determining which oil works the best for you, apply 1-2 drops of oil to the shoulder or hip. Wait 30 seconds and apply to the shoulder or hip 1-2 drops of peppermint & 1-2 drops of Oregano. Finally, apply 1-2 drops of white fir to the other shoulder or hip to create balance. Make sure you drink lots of water. For best results: use pure essential oils. Certified is even better.
