As you blow out your breath imagine that the undesired mood is leaving your body, you are blowing it out of you. Upon exiting the body the breath changes from the undesired mood to joy, happiness & love. Then breathe, literally drink in the joy, happiness & love that you just created.
Continue this breath until you have the new desired mood.
Breath Of Courage – become brave in any situation with this easy to use breath
When you are about to do something that you are afraid of, or you get in a situation that cause you fear, have you ever noticed what happens to your breath? Your breath gets faster & shallow as your heart beat increases. This is a breath of fear.
Think of a football player who is about to be tackled, they have the ball and are determined to make their goal. Would they breath shallow and fast and allow their fear to overtake them? If they did that they wouldn’t be a professional player for long. They breath deep and ground themselves into the earth with determination in making the goal. They are not going to be taken down easy. We are going to use that same breath to give us courage in any situation.
The breath of courage is deep, going all the way down to your feet. It is slow with determination. Make a strong stance, (like a gladiator) plant your feet, bring your arms to your tummy & clench your fists. Take a deep breath of courage.

3. Breath Of Peace – find peace in any situation with this simple routine
When we feel pushed by life and are in a frenzy to get things done, we feel out of control and out of balance. Breathe in deeply and slowly for 4 counts, then pause. By pause I mean allow everything in the body to stop. You will find incredible peace in these pauses alone. Then breath out slowly for 5 counts, again pause. We are allowing are body, mind & spirit to slow down as we discipline our breath through counts and pauses. Continue this breath until the desired peace is reached.
